Welcome to Swipe Out: Reflex Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Ad-Free” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a reflex-based arcade experience where your objective is to swipe each card in the direction its arrow indicates before the timer runs out. Each card shows an arrow, and only a correct, timely swipe keeps the run alive.
You interact with a card by swiping it. Swiping correctly adds time and advances you to the next card, while an incorrect swipe costs time, and running out of time ends the attempt. As your score climbs, cards appear in more directions and the timer drains faster, rewarding quick reactions over deliberation. Some cards are inverted and must be swiped in the opposite direction to the arrow shown.
By playing, you acknowledge that the challenge of Swipe Out — including mis-swipes, increasing speed, inverted cards, and the limited time to react — is an intentional part of the Game's design and core experience.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
