Welcome to Pixel Out: Picture Logic Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads and unlocking unlimited hints, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Full Access Pass” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a deductive logic puzzle, in the tradition of nonograms (also known as picross or griddlers), in which your objective is to reveal a hidden picture on a procedurally generated grid by determining which squares are filled and which are empty. Each level presents a grid accompanied by numeric clues along every row and column, where each number states the length of a consecutive run of filled squares, and the numbers appear in the order those runs occur within that line.
You interact with the Game by tapping a square to fill it, tapping again to mark it as empty, and tapping once more to clear it, or by dragging across multiple squares to apply the same mark in a single stroke. Unlike puzzles that reward trial and error, every level in Pixel Out is verified before it is presented to you as being solvable by line-by-line deduction alone, and as having exactly one solution. Success requires cross-referencing the row clues against the column clues, marking squares you have proven to be empty as readily as those you have proven to be filled, and building each deduction upon those already established. A level is completed only when the filled squares correspond exactly to the puzzle's unique solution.
By playing, you acknowledge that the complexity of Pixel Out — including the requirement to derive every square by deduction rather than guesswork, the increasing grid dimensions and clue density encountered at higher levels, the abstract and non-representational nature of the generated pictures, and the pursuit of a single valid solution across a near-infinite level space — is an intentional part of the Game's design and core experience.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
