Welcome to Patch Out: Area Puzzle Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads and unlocking unlimited hints, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Full Access Pass” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a precision-engineered spatial puzzle experience where your objective is to achieve structural harmony by completely partitioning a grid into distinct, non-overlapping regions. Each level presents a unique, procedurally generated collection of numerical anchors that must be expanded into geometric patches to fit perfectly within the defined boundaries.
You interact with the Game by selecting a numerical anchor and stretching it into a rectangular or square patch. Each number represents the exact area that patch must cover. Unlike traditional puzzles, every level in Patch Out is deterministic and possesses a perfect solution where all patches fit together without overlap or void. Success requires keen spatial foresight and the ability to recognize how different area requirements intersect and constrain one another. A level is successfully completed only when every numerical clue has been satisfied by a patch of the correct size and the entire grid is occupied.
By playing, you acknowledge that the challenge of Patch Out — including the analysis of area constraints, spatial partitioning, and the pursuit of a singular logical solution — is an intentional part of the Game's design and core experience.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
