Welcome to Orbit Out: Slide Puzzle Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads and unlocking unlimited hints, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Full Access Pass” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a spatial-reasoning puzzle in which your objective is to bring a single marker — the player circle — to rest on a fixed goal cell by sliding pieces across a procedurally generated board. Each level presents an arrangement of movable blocks, immovable obstacles, and edge-to-edge walls that together determine where a sliding piece will come to a stop.
You interact with the Game by swiping any piece in one of four directions. Unlike traditional grid puzzles, a piece in Orbit Out does not move a single step: it slides continuously until it is blocked by a wall, an obstacle, the edge of the board, or another piece, and there is no pushing. Success requires planning the order and direction of slides so that the player circle ultimately stops precisely on the goal, while ensuring that no slide strands a piece or renders the board unsolvable. A level is completed only when the player circle comes to rest exactly on the goal cell.
By playing, you acknowledge that the complexity of Orbit Out — including the momentum-based "slide until blocked" movement, the requirement to stop exactly on the goal, the possibility of reaching an unsolvable state through careless play, and the pursuit of a single valid solution across a near-infinite level space — is an intentional part of the Game's design and core experience.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
