Welcome to Numble: Number Guessing Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Ad-Free” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a puzzle-style number game where you must guess a secret 4-digit number within six tries. Each guess is evaluated for correctness: the right digit in the right place is marked, as is the right digit in the wrong place, helping you deduce the solution logically.
By playing, you acknowledge that the challenge of Numble is part of the Game's design and accept any resulting outcomes, including failure to guess the number within the allowed attempts.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
