Welcome to Maze Out: Escape Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Ad-Free” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a logic-based puzzle experience where your objective is to identify and escape the correct exit within a maze. Each level presents a new maze configuration, and only one exit leads to success.
You interact with the maze by tapping on an exit. Choosing correctly completes the level, while selecting the wrong exit ends the attempt. As levels progress, mazes become more complex, requiring sharper observation and logical deduction rather than trial and error.
By playing, you acknowledge that the challenge of Maze Out—including misidentifying exits, increasing difficulty, and the need to think carefully before each choice—is an intentional part of the Game's design and core experience.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
