Welcome to Flip Out: Binary Puzzle Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads and unlocking unlimited undos and hints, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Full Access Pass” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a binary logic puzzle in which your objective is to fill every empty tile of a procedurally generated 12×12 grid with one of two colours, red or blue. Each new game presents a fresh puzzle at a randomly selected difficulty, with a number of tiles pre-filled. Pre-filled tiles are fixed and cannot be changed.
You interact with the Game by tapping a tile to cycle it through blue, red and empty, or by long-pressing to cycle in reverse. A completed grid must satisfy three rules at once: every row and column contains exactly six red and six blue tiles; no row or column contains three tiles of the same colour in a row; and no two rows, and no two columns, are identical. Every puzzle has exactly one valid solution, reachable through logic alone. A puzzle is completed only when every tile is filled and all three rules are satisfied, and your completion time is recorded against your best time.
Hints correct any incorrectly placed tiles and indicate a tile that can be deduced next; undo reverses your most recent move. Hints and undos may be limited per game and may be replenished by viewing optional advertisements.
By playing, you acknowledge that the complexity of Flip Out — including the randomly selected difficulty of each puzzle, the running timer, the requirement that all three rules hold simultaneously, and the possibility of filling the entire grid incorrectly through careless play — is an intentional part of the Game's design and core experience.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
