Welcome to Chase Out: Pursuit Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads and unlocking unlimited hints, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Full Access Pass” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a logic-based strategy experience where your objective is to navigate a dynamic geometric graph to reach a designated goal while being pursued by an aggressive interceptor. Each level presents a unique, procedurally generated configuration of nodes and edges that form a complex tactical map.
You interact with the Game by moving your character from your current node to an adjacent connected node. Simultaneously, a computer-controlled "Chaser" moves through the graph, utilizing predictive algorithms to intercept your path or cut off your access to the goal. A level is successfully completed only when you reach the goal node before the Chaser occupies your position. Success requires spatial foresight, risk assessment, and the ability to outmaneuver an opponent that calculates the shortest path to your location.
By playing, you acknowledge that the challenge of Chase Out—including graph-based navigation, pursuit-evasion logic, and the necessity of identifying a safe route through a deterministic network—is an intentional part of the Game's design and core experience.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
