Welcome to Bull Or Bear: Trading Game (“Game”), operated by One Date. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game. By playing, you agree to these Terms.
No account creation is required to play.
Certain features, such as removing ads, require a one-time in-app purchase using your Apple ID or Google Play account.
All purchases are final. No cancellations or refunds will be issued.
The Game contains advertisements for free users.
Ads will be removed once the “Ad-Free” upgrade is purchased.
The Game is a high-speed market parody simulator. All candlestick charts, price fluctuations, and trading data are procedurally generated for entertainment purposes and hold no real-world financial significance.
Any "profits," "losses," or "positions" executed within the Game are entirely fictional. These figures do not represent actual market data, legal currency, or investment performance. Predictions made within the Game are based on simulated volatility and should not be used as a basis for real-world financial decisions.
By playing, you acknowledge that The Alpha List rankings and all simulated portfolio balances are for fun. You accept that no real monetary gain or loss is possible, and that the Game is not a licensed financial platform.
Remember: The trend is your friend, but the money is fake.
A stable internet connection may be required to load ads or complete purchases.
There are no strict age restrictions. Players are responsible for complying with local laws regarding age-appropriate content and consent.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
